- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Valid Tennessee Drivers License with no suspensions, expirations or lapses in the past 39 months.
- A TN Driving Record
- No DUI's, DWI's, or At Fault Accidents in the past five years.
- No more than 2 moving violations and no more than 1 excessive speed violations and no criminal violations in the past 5 years.
