Flat Courier Rates:
Knoxville Charge- $12.00 ($15.00 for downtown trips)
Turnaround time in the Knoxville area will be within three hours of delivery order.
Local Area Rates:
Extra Charges Add $2.00 once if package(s) are over 20lbs. Add $4.00 once if package(s) are over 40lbs. Add $8.00 once if package(s) are over 70lbs. Add $1.00 for each package after (4) per stop Add $1.00 for each 2 minutes of waiting time after 5 minutes at pickup or delivery site Add $8.00 or 35% (whichever is higher) for Rush delivery. One hour delivery guaranteed in Knoxville area. Add $6.00 or 20% (whichever is higher) for weekend deliveries and trips called in between 5pm and 9:30pm. Add $11.00 or 30% (whichever is higher) for deliveries and trips called in between 9:30pm and 12am. Add $25.00 40% (whichever is higher) for deliveries called in between 12am and 7am. Additional charges may be added at time of pickup or delivery for special delivery requirements.
